- Emma Austin Review added: 2018.02.13★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We had a wonderful wedding back in August. Heritage bus company were fantastic on the day, punctual, pleasant and all round just what we expected. We paid extra for a blind to go along the front of the bus which we were told we would have sent straight out to us to have as a memento of the day. But still 9 months later we are still waiting for it to arrive. We feel they have been slack with the communication and feel they were all friendly until they had our money and the day was over and now they haven't kept up to their promise. So we rate them a 1 star in communication and feel like they have been fobbing us off ever since!!
